Items given by wonderful "angels"

Thanks so much much to ALL the amazing and giving people who gave of from their hearts to support our "Angel Baby Project". Thanks to Missy and all her hard work as well as too Crystal! Thank you Dave Vrbas for the amazing article in the Wauneta Breeze. This has been such a wonderful project that I've been a part of and I thank God for bringing those people into this project to encourage me as well as the other women. Yes, we may have had some negativity from people, but the positivity far surpassed the negative. May God bless each and everyone of you who supported us and more importantly the orphans of Haiti....

The King will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.' Matthew 25:31-46

Lots of Thanks and Love,
Barbie

Generosity

We sat a table up at Wal-Mart today to take donations to send to Hope for Haiti. We were very excited to talk to people about what we are doing and why. We were very overwhelmed by everyone's generosity. We cried a lot and laughed a lot more. We want to thank everyone for their generosity!

There were many things that drove the three of us ladies to try to make a difference to the orphans lives in Haiti. Watching the news coverage, reading the news online. It all grabbed us and made us want to act. We also fully believe that God placed it on our hearts. We all agreed when we started this that if all we collected was one can of formula then that was a start. Every little bit helps. We all three feel very blessed to have children tucked in their beds. And each of us said we wished we could kiss the orphans and tell them they are loved. They are children. Their story is a sad one, but we hope we can help. We hope as they receive our items they will know they are loved and prayed for.

Here is a site that explains some of their struggles...
